You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by using the unsubscribe feature on email communications, or calling the phone number on our website. You can also email support@movinghub.co.uk. You may receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased services from us, or if you provided your details when you entered a competition or promotion and have not opted out of receiving that marketing. Your personal information will not be passed to any third-party organisation for marketing purposes, without your express opt-in consent.

6. Data Security

Movinghub has put in place a number of industry-standard security measures to make sure your data is safe from loss, misuse, or alteration. Our security systems are regularly reviewed and continually upgraded to keep your data safe. Movinghub has taken every possible measure to give absolute security to our customers in their dealings with us:

● When we ask you to enter your personal information, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL.

● While on a secure page, such as our application form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just searching. You will know when transmitted data is safe by the appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page. Secure web pages can also be identified by their URL, they begin with

‘https://’, while standard pages begin with ‘http://’.

● Your personal information is stored in our database, which is located in the UK. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instruction and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do So.

7. Data Storage
